Carta and Pulley keep names and emails in a separate export. Add it and the report shows who holds what, by name.

If your file reconciles, software checks it and nobody reads it. If something does not line up, we look at it ourselves, fix our importer, re-run your file and email you. So far that has almost always been our importer's fault.

We keep your file encrypted and use it to build your report and improve our importer. We delete it 30 days after you can keep the cap table, unless you keep it. While something still needs fixing, we hold on to it for up to 180 days. We never train models on it. How we handle your data.
