What’s new
Everything that ships to Tenacap, in the order it shipped. We update this with each release so you can see what changed without having to ask — including the fixes, not just the wins.
Tenacap ships continuously to one hosted environment, so releases are dated rather than numbered — the date is the version. Changes that affect your own company’s records are separately recorded in your change log, which is tamper-evident and exportable.

2026.07.29 · Bulk contact import, plus a round of fixes from beta feedback.
New
- Import stakeholder emails in bulk — Cap-table exports rarely carry email addresses — Pulley’s has no email column at all. Upload a contact sheet, review the name matches we propose one by one, and fill in every stakeholder’s email in a single pass.
- This page — A running log of what changes, so you can see progress without asking.
Improved
- Clearer company setup — The state of incorporation is now a dropdown of state names instead of a box asking for an ISO-3166-2 code, and entity type no longer assumes Delaware.
- The left navigation tells you where you are — The company name in the sidebar now takes you to your dashboard, and “Update” reads as a button rather than looking permanently selected.
Fixed
- The selected filter on the QSBS page was invisible — white text on a background that never rendered.
- Both “View” and “Update” could appear highlighted at once in the cap-table navigation.
- The company name appeared three times on one screen; the duplicate in the breadcrumb is gone on desktop.
- The “Back” button on the first step of company setup was shown but disabled; it’s now hidden until there’s somewhere to go back to.
- The back link on account and notification settings said “All companies” even when you only had one.
- The Tenacap logo now appears in the top-left of both the app and the website.

2026.07.28 · Fund reporting depth and a security pass on dependencies.
New
- A dedicated Fund Positions dashboard — Positions was a redirect; it’s now a real holdings table with totals, and the fund Overview is a cleaner KPI snapshot.
- Personal holdings in the entity switcher — If you hold equity in a company you also administer, your own holdings now appear as their own group in the switcher.
Fixed
- Security: patched 3 critical and 8 high-severity advisories across authentication and framework dependencies.
- “Needs attention” links on the overview pointed at a placeholder instead of the real company.

2026.07.11 · A rebuilt information architecture — the largest navigation change so far.
New
- Left-column navigation — Every surface moved behind a grouped left-hand nav with a unified entity switcher, replacing the wide top-tab layout that had grown past what a single row could hold.
- One Model view — Round pro-forma, exit waterfall, and the founder calculators now live behind a single Model toggle instead of three separate pages.
- Invite workspace members by email — Company admins can invite teammates directly from Permissions.
- QSBS and Option Holdings roll-ups — Two new compliance views: per-holding QSBS eligibility with attestation tracking, and an option-holdings roll-up including Form 3921 status.
